So excited to be working on my owl family with my gorgeous fabrics chosen… I have been cutting the patterns and only a have a few more pieces to go before construction begins…
Keeping with my favourite colour scheme of purple and teal, I found a great combination of fabric prints to use for this very cute family of owls. Once all the pieces have been cut, the first member of the family to be constructed will be Daddy Owl, the largest and hopefully easiest to create. It is the first time I have attempted to make shaped cushions rather than simple square shared once, so it will be a great learning curve I expect. I have already purchased the ric-rac I will use for detailing and the colour match is great in my opinion… What do you think?
