After carrying out primary research during my PGCE recently with art and design students, I have decided I would like to continue carrying out research loosely related to the ideas I was interested in. I am interested to find out what inspires creative people and have taken the first step by contacting Artists / Designers / Craftsmakers. The next step will be Musicians / Songwriters then Dancers / Choreographers which for me will be the hardest to contact not being part of that community. These areas particularly interest me, but that’s not to say that there aren’t other professions that are creative and inspired though.
I have a view to producing work using a different form of inspiration and theorising it more so than previously as a result of developing from the experience and focus of my PGCE as well as possibly writing an article to attempt to get published if it is worthy. I feel it could potentially be interesting for many people to read.
