Tonight I completed a number of pages in a different sketchbook of pen line drawings based on the film Honey which shows a Hip Hop dancer and teachers life and inner city street culture. I sketched street dance poses as well as attitudes and accessories worn on their heads as I noticed there were a number of different items worn in different ways throughout the film which are typical of the street culture and are not found within the ballet style at all. This helps to differentiate the two styles and the themes within my modules this semester.
