Tuesday’s module ideas – an idea for combining materials – ceramic base with metal nails / rods / tube stuck into it with glass slumped over the top. the metal would be positioned around the outline of a silhouette and so the image would be seen in a different way to a linear drawing. On a small-scale it could be mounted on a stand as displayed as a photograph would in a frame on a stand. On a large-scale without the glass slumping, this could become a table top for a coffee table or a dining table with further adjustments.
I have actually started sketching my ideas for all modules now so I can get started in all sketchbooks with these designs. I think it is best if I have one sketchbook with all ideas drawn into it so that ideas for all modules come from the same place; my head and development of ideas before taken on a tangent for one specific module.
